Co-Ed Adult Volleyball

Co-Ed Adult Volleyball offers an opportunity for Shiloh Family Members and Community Neighbors to enjoy a time of fellow-ship while playing volleyball. Teenagers are welcome to join in the fun as long as they have one family member present. Mon-days, Oct – Apr / 6:30 – 8:00 pm / Shiloh Elementary School Gym

NOTE: Based on local church interest, League competition may be an option. League practice sessions begin in Sept with official competition from Jan through March. League competition is held on Tues evenings. Cost is approximately $30.

Yoga

This practice provides an opportunity to de-clutter the mind, body and spirit. Stretch, Strengthen and Balance the whole-you. No yoga experience required. The only pre-requisite is a Willing Heart. Suggested cost is $20/month (drop-in fee $8.00/class)
