Create a fully integrated hospitality ministry (welcoming and
follow-up to fully connected as a regular attender or active member) by
June, 2011

Average at least 3 new visiting households each week beginning by October
2011.

Retain 1 new visiting household per week on average as regular attenders or
members beginning by February 2012.

Grow the number of active youth and young adults (ages 16

24) in the congregation by 20% from 58 to 70 by November 2012.

Reorganize the current Hospitality Ministries to create a single, integrated
team and define responsibilities to include the Welcome Center, Greeters,
Ushers, Communion Assistants and all elements of following up with the
visitors (Connection Ministry) until they become connected as a regular
attendee or member. (Goal #1)
